Priscilla Heistad

Priscilla Heistad has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Priscilla is currently working at HORNBECK OFFSHORE® as the Vice President of Human Resources, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at HORNBECK OFFSHORE® from August 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining HORNBECK OFFSHORE®, Priscilla worked at Noble Drilling for a significant period, starting in July 2020 and ending in August 2021. Priscilla Heistad began their education at Chapman University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management at Chapman University from 1994 to 1995. Priscilla then went on to attend Northern Illinois University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree with cum laude honors. In addition to their formal education, Priscilla has also obtained certifications in the 16PF from IPAT in June 2014 and the MBTI from CPP, Inc. in December 2013.
