Jamie Weinbaum

Jamison Weinbaum is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in development, management, and legal aspects of the industry. Currently serving as President and CEO of Horning since February 2023, Jamison leads a dynamic real estate company in the Washington, DC region, managing a portfolio of approximately 5,000 apartments and 600,000 square feet of retail. Prior roles include Executive Vice President of Development at MidCity Development, where Jamison oversaw the development of a 4 million square feet pipeline, and Chief Operating Officer at Ditto Residential, directing operations for a $100 million pipeline. Jamison's foundational experience includes significant positions at The JBG Companies, the DC Government's Office of Zoning, and various roles in legal practice focusing on contracts and government law. Jamison holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Politics from Wake Forest University.
