Frankie L. Bellamy, PhD, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, IPMA-SCP, CCP, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Human Resources for Horry County Government, having held multiple HR positions since January 2015, with notable achievements including the implementation of the Leadership & Development Program and Horry County University. Frankie holds extensive teaching experience as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Southern University and Webster University, where lectures include various graduate-level courses in Human Resources and Management. With a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University and multiple master's degrees from Webster University, Frankie has also contributed to curriculum development and faculty support, ensuring accreditation compliance and promoting student success in higher education.
