Nicole Spink Colborn Mpa

Nicole Spink Colborn, MPA, is an experienced preparedness planner currently working at Horsley Witten Group, Inc. since January 2020. Prior to this role, Nicole served as Emergency Planning Coordinator and Emergency Program Assistant at DC Water, contributing to the development of tracking methods for improvement based on after-action reports and assisting in emergency training events.
