Jasvita Anand currently serves as the Head of Research for Middle East operations at Horton International. Jasvita has over fifteen years of experience in the executive search industry, with a focus on mining and metals, automotive engineering, management consulting, power, and infrastructure sectors.
Anand began their career in executive search with Aliotts Executive Search in 2009 as a charge de research. In this role, they were responsible for the execution of senior leadership assignments across industries including telecom, media, public relations, financial services, FMCG, power, and waste water management. Jasvita left Aliotts in 2010 to join Sheffield Haworth as an associate.
In 2011, Anand became a consultant with EWK International where they focused on mining and metals, automotive engineering, management consulting, power, and infrastructure sectors. Jasvita left EWK in 2012 to join Heidrick & Struggles as an associate. During their time with Heidrick & Struggles, they also served as a research analyst/associate knowledge management center. In 2013, they were promoted to head of research for Middle East operations at Horton International.
Jasvita Anand has an MBA in Marketing from Newport University, California and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Delhi University. Jasvita also attended Hermann Gmeiner School.
