Nic Xie

Nic Xie has a diverse work experience spanning over 11 years. Starting in 2010 as a Sales Executive at CORP Executive Hotels, Nic demonstrated exceptional sales skills by contacting over 600 companies and securing agreements with major clients. In 2012, they joined Marriott International as a Food and Beverage Manager in Training, where they achieved exemplary service scores and successfully controlled costs. In 2013, Nic joined Horwath HTL as a Consultant, carrying out various consultancy projects for hotels and resorts located across China. They later became a Senior Consultant, leading negotiations and closing contracts. In 2018, Nic briefly joined Marriott International as a Senior Development Manager before transitioning to the role of Associate Director at Deloitte in 2019. Currently, Nic holds the position of Project Director at Horwath HTL, showcasing their leadership and project management abilities.

Nic Xie attended the Maastricht Hotel Management School from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management. In 2010, they participated in an International Exchange Program at Penn State University, furthering their studies in Hospitality Administration/Management.
