Eva Bashford

Eva joined Horwich Farrelly as a partner in 2021 and has over 15 years' experience in personal injury and insurance litigation in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Her areas of expertise include serious injury claims; complex liability investigations; indemnity and policy disputes; cross-border litigation and Rome II, and counter fraud. Eva has been instructed in road traffic claims, employer’s liability, public liability and occupier’s liability cases and also delivers training on litigation in the Republic of Ireland. She is frequently instructed at an early stage in order to provide strategic advice and guidance and to facilitate early investigations.
