Cristina Jaime Samanez has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In 2014, Cristina became a Practicante Profesional at Backus, where they provided support in planning and executing various courses, the company's induction process, and supplier orders. Cristina also worked on the implementation of SAP for HR as part of the Proyecto Fénix team, assisting in training, developing materials, and tools.

After that, they worked as an Asistente de Capacitación at InkaFarma from 2016 to 2017, primarily focusing on training assistance. Following their time at InkaFarma, they joined Grupo Santa Elena as an Analista de Capacitación, Desarrollo y Clima in 2018, where they contributed to training, development, and climate analysis.

Most recently, Cristina worked at Hosco starting in 2019. Cristina initially served as a Generalista de RR.HH., handling various HR responsibilities, before transitioning to the role of People & Culture Specialist in January 2022.
