Ilhan Zorlu has extensive work experience in the field of Cost & Value Engineering. Ilhan started their career at MTS Systemtechnik GmbH as a Junior Chipping Mechanic in 2002. Ilhan then worked at Airbus as a Chipping Mechanic from 2006 to 2007. After that, they joined Grenzebach Group and held the roles of Senior Chipping Mechanic and later Teamleader/Supervisor from 2007 to 2013. In 2014, Ilhan joined MAN Diesel & Turbo as a Value Manager and also worked as an Intern. Ilhan then moved to Liebherr Group, where they served as a Cost & Value Engineer from 2017 to 2021. Ilhan was later promoted to Manager - Cost & Value Engineering from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Ilhan is working at Hosokawa Alpine Aktiengesellschaft as a Cost & Value Engineer since 2022, where they are responsible for the development and implementation of Cost & Value Engineering in the purchasing department. Throughout their career, Ilhan has accumulated valuable skills and expertise in Cost & Value Engineering.

Ilhan Zorlu obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Technische Hochschule Augsburg, where they attended from 2013 to 2017. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, they obtained certifications in Metal Production Technology (Industriemeister) and Chipping Mechanic (Zerspanungsmechaniker) from the Industrie- und Handelskammer (Chambers of Commerce & Industry) in the years 2010 and 2006, respectively.
