Michelle Turner, LMT, has extensive experience in massage therapy and patient care, beginning in 2011. Currently, Michelle volunteers at Hospice of Central Ohio, supporting patients and their families during end-of-life care. As the Owner and Operator of A Body True, located in Habeeba's Dance of the Arts, Michelle offers a range of massage services, including Swedish Massage and Pre/Post Natal massage. Previous positions include providing chair massages at The Rite Bite and Corporate Soul, as well as tailored massages for the senior community through Grandview Parks and Recreation. Michelle's practice emphasizes the development of customized massage programs to meet individual patient needs, reinforced by collaboration with other healthcare professionals during tenure at Grandview Avenue Physical Therapy and Advanced Wellness Center. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Theatre from The Ohio State University and has completed additional education at Columbus State Community College.

Our patients have been the center of care since 1982 by offering personalized care and support to thousands of patients across Central Ohio. We believe that everyone should have access to end-of-life care regardless of their ability to pay, complexity of care, or severity of need. Working together, we can ensure that all eligible patients have a meaningful end-of-life experience and the opportunity to write the last chapter of their life regardless of the their disease, and pledge to provide access to our staff and programs 24 hours a day/seven days a week. Our team consists of highly dedicated and trained individuals that include physicians, registered nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, bereavement counselors and trained volunteers. These individuals formulate a specific plan of care for each of our patients and their loved ones special needs. Our patients have the opportunity to receive quality, compassionate care at home, in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility, hospitals, our Inpatient Care Center, or anywhere the patient calls home. Hospice of Central Ohio is Medicare/Medicaid certified and is covered by most insurance companies/carriers.
