Kristy Rivera Lmsw

Kristy Rivera, LMSW, is an experienced social worker currently serving in dual roles as a Hospice Social Worker and Home Care Community Social Worker at Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties, Inc. since October 2020. Previously, Kristy worked as a Clinician in Mobile Crisis Response at Access: Supports for Living and held various positions including Assistant Manager at Peter Harris and a Student Volunteer in Pandemic Stress Response at the New York State Office of Mental Health. In addition to significant internship experiences, including bereavement services at Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties, Kristy's background encompasses roles such as Childcare Worker and Case Management for at-risk youth. Kristy holds a Master of Social Work from Adelphi University, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Mount Saint Mary College, and an Associate of Science in Human Services from SUNY Orange.
