Donna McNeil is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and corporate recruiting. Currently serving as a Corporate Recruiter at both Mosaic Community Services and Alliance HealthCare Services since September 2021, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hospice of the Chesapeake since June 2021, Donna has demonstrated expertise in sourcing and hiring top talent. Prior to these roles, Donna owned Captain Cupcakes since January 2013, and served as a Recruiter at House of Ruth Maryland between November 2020 and June 2021, in addition to previous positions as an Administrative Coordinator and Central Nursing Coordinator at Johns Hopkins Hospital from September 2016 to November 2020.
