Elisabeth Smith

Elisabeth Smith MS, BSN, RN, CHPN has extensive experience in hospice and palliative care, currently serving as the Director of Education & Emergency Preparedness at Hospice of the Chesapeake since March 2014, with prior roles including Director of Quality & Education and Compliance Manager. Elisabeth has a background in pediatric nursing, focusing on the care of seriously ill children and their families, and previously managed quality improvement and performance education programs at Coastal Hospice. Elisabeth holds a Master's degree in Palliative Care and a BSN in Nursing from the University of Maryland Baltimore and has been a Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse since 2010.
