Kristin Leneway

Kristin Leneway is a seasoned medical social worker currently serving as the Hospice Social Services Supervisor at Hospice at Home of Arizona since September 2021. Kristin's prior experience includes working as a Child Protective Specialist for the State of Michigan. Educationally, Kristin holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a focus on Clinical/Medical Social Work from Michigan State University, obtained between September 2007 and December 2010, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Central Michigan University, completed in December 2003.
