As a member of the senior executive leadership team, Jessica Prinzo, Vice President of Human Resources, oversees all aspects of human capital management HR strategy, including talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, compensation and benefits.

Prinzo implements human capital initiatives to support the agency’s strategic goals and provides guidance, directs needs assessments, offers recommendations on talent management issues and partners with key decision-makers at all levels.
