Heather Woolf

Heather Woolf currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at the Hospital for Special Surgery since March 2024. Prior to this role, Woolf served as DFCEO at Encompass Health from March 2022 to March 2024 and as Vice President of the Ambulatory Division at Broward Health from February 2019 to March 2022, overseeing strategy and operations for a significant healthcare system. Woolf's experience also includes serving as COO/CSO at Tenet Healthcare, managing 400 physician practices and an acute care hospital in Florida and South Carolina from May 2009 to March 2018. Woolf holds a Master of Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University.
