Robert Digiacomo

Robert DiGiacomo has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Robert started their career at MossRehab in 2004, where they worked as the Manager of Clinical Operations until 2012. During their time at MossRehab, they gained valuable experience in managing clinical operations.

In 2012, Robert joined the Hospital for Special Surgery and held various roles. Robert started as the Director of Sports Rehabilitation & Performance, where they successfully improved customer satisfaction scores and led the center to three years of consecutive growth.

After that, they became the Senior Director of Outpatient Rehabilitation, where they managed multiple sports rehabilitation centers and achieved consistent revenue growth. Robert also played a key role in marketing and consulting for institutional sports rehabilitation services globally.

In 2018, Robert was promoted to Assistant Vice President, overseeing all ambulatory and acute care rehabilitation services in the NYC market. Robert was responsible for the development of new outpatient centers and service line expansion.

Most recently, they serve as the Vice President of Ambulatory Services, responsible for operational oversight of 15 regional outpatient centers in different markets. Robert leads business strategy, budgeting, marketing, and financial management for a large team of professionals.

Lastly, they attended Temple University, where they completed a Master's in Healthcare Administration and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
