Eric Fleming

Eric Fleming is an experienced compliance professional and lawyer with a strong background in compliance analysis, internal investigations, and anti-corruption efforts. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Analyst at LATAM Airlines since February 2024 and as a Lawyer at Lee, Brock, Camargo Advogados, also since February 2024, Eric has previously held positions in various legal and compliance roles at notable firms including Titanium Asset, Hogan Lovells, and Beblue. Eric's expertise encompasses public and private information analysis, risk management, development of compliance tools, and participation in M&A projects. Eric has a postgraduate degree in International Law and Human Rights Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and a compliance extension course from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
