Dean Kroll

Dean Kroll is the System Director of Project Design & Construction at Hospital Sisters Health System. Prior to this, Dean served as the Director of Business Development (Consultant) at RODAC Development and Construction, and as the Divisional Director for Plant/Facilities at Eastern Wisconsin Division of HSHS. With a background in healthcare construction, Dean has also held roles such as SR Project Manager at CR Meyer and Plant Operations Director at St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center. Dean's career in project management and design traces back to their time as a Project Manager & Designer at Schuh Construction Inc. Dean holds an Associates degree in Architectural from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
