Jeff Gaines is an experienced leader in support services and customer operations with over a decade of experience managing help desk functions. Currently serving as the Director of Support Desk at Hospital Sisters Health System since February 2013, Jeff oversees a 24/7 help desk that supports over 15,000 users across 13 hospitals and clinics, directing a team of 25 staff members across Illinois and Wisconsin.
