Alex Matias

Alex Matias has a diverse work history in the hospitality industry. Alex began their career at P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. in 1994, where they worked for 21 years as a Market Partner. In 2015, they transitioned to Border Cafe & Jose Tejas as the Regional Director of Operations until 2018. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a District Manager at Shrimp Basket. Currently, Alex holds the position of Director of Operations at Hospitality Capital Partners, starting in December 2021.
