Jessica Valencia is an accomplished recruiting manager with experience in staffing and business development. Currently serving as the Recruiting Manager at Hospitality Staffing Solutions since August 2020, Jessica created the Regional Recruiter role and aligns corporate best practices with the needs of field employees. Previously, Jessica excelled as a Midwest Regional Recruiter at Malone Workforce Solutions and worked as a Bilingual Staffing Specialist, supporting Spanish-speaking candidates. Jessica also owned Alpha NutriFit, managing daily operations and customer service from October 2016 to August 2019. Earlier roles include Business Development Assistant at Azultec, where Jessica engaged prospective customers and documented sales activities. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics & Nutrition with a minor in Biology from Florida International University, completed in 2016.
