Patricia Brady has over 30 years of work experience in financial management and asset administration within the hospitality and real estate industries. Patricia has held leadership roles at companies such as Host Hotels & Resorts, Real Property Advisors, Vanguard Realty Group, Marriott International, Pulte Financial, and Peat Marwick Mitchell, overseeing various financial reporting, budgeting, capital expenditure planning, and asset management responsibilities. Their expertise includes managing large hotel partnerships, executing process improvement initiatives, and ensuring financial and operational excellence in capital accounting and administration.

Patricia Brady completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. Patricia also obtained a Professional Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland in 2008. In 2013, they became a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
