Birendra Kumar Mohanty has held various positions throughout their career. Birendra Kumar started as a Programer & Faculty at Datamatics Corporation from 1992 to 1994. Birendra Kumar then worked as a Software Engineer at Specgraph (India) Pvt. Ltd from 1994 to 1995. Following that, they joined Essae Teraoka Private Limited as a Deputy General Manager Marketing from 1995 to 2023. In 2023, Birendra moved to Stallion Group and served as a General Manager from January to July. Currently, they are the Vice President Training and Project Implementation at HostBooks Limited, starting in July 2023.

Birendra Kumar further pursued Intermediate Science, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics at Utkal University.
