Mohit Yadav

Mohit Yadav has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Mohit started their career in 2013 as a Front Office Executive at ITC Hotels, where they handled various operational tasks related to guest relations and front desk operations. In 2015, they worked as an HR Recruiter at Aon Hewitt. From 2018 to 2018, they completed a summer internship at Lemon Tree Hotels as an HR Generalist. Mohit then moved on to Quess Corp Limited in 2019, where they worked as an HR Business Partner until 2020. Following that, they joined Bombay Softwares as an HR Business Partner in 2020 and continued until 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Lead-Human Resources Business Partner at HostBooks Limited, where they are responsible for developing HR strategies, policies, and practices, monitoring employee productivity, and structuring compensation and benefit packages.

Mohit Yadav completed their schooling at Laxman Public School from 2004 to 2008, specializing in the Science stream. Mohit then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Ahmedabad, graduating in 2012. Later, they attended ICFAI Business School from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Additionally, they obtained certifications in HR Management and Analytics from Amity Future Academy in 2020, Advanced Excel from ICFAI Business School in 2019, and HR Generalist from Grabit HR in 2016.
