Joseph Acker Jr

Joseph Acker Jr has extensive work experience in the food industry. Joseph started their career at Kraft Foods in 2009, where they held various roles including Sales Representative, Senior Service Representative, and Summer Intern. In 2014, they joined Mondelēz International as a Retail Merchandising Manager and subsequently held multiple positions such as District Deployment Specialist, Canada Insights Business Lead, and District Sales Manager. Joseph also served as a Customer Category Manager at Wegmans and Customer Business Manager at Meijer before becoming a Customer Business Lead for Meijer and Spartan Nash. In 2021, they were promoted to Regional Director of Retail, overseeing the Great Lakes North region. Following their tenure at Mondelēz International, they joined Smithfield Foods as a Regional Sales Lead in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Sales Director for the Great Lakes Region at Hostess Brands, starting in 2022.
