Phillip Fling

Phillip Fling has extensive work experience in the food industry. Phillip started their career at Smithfield Foods in 2004 as a Production Supervisor, where they worked until 2013. Phillip then joined Seaboard Foods as a Production Supervisor from 2013 to 2015. Phillip then moved on to JBS, where they worked from 2015 to 2019 as a Superintendent, overseeing multiple departments and implementing successful employee retention and restructuring strategies. Phillip then joined Pilgrim's as an Assistant Plant Manager from 2019 to 2020, before being promoted to Plant Manager from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Phillip is working as the Director of Operations at Hostess Brands since 2022.
