Kate Duzan

Kate Duzan has a diverse background in marketing and graphic design. Kate started their career at Unlimited Graphix Inc. as a Senior Graphic Artist and Creative Director, where they designed marketing collateral and brand identities for various companies. Kate then worked at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Graphic Communications Senior Designer and Consultant, managing internal graphic communication needs and conducting design seminars. Kate later joined Lions Clubs International as a Contracted Freelance Graphic Artist before moving on to roles at Motorola and Westell as a Graphic Communications Senior Designer and Technical Marketing Specialist. Kate then worked at the Naperville Development Partnership as a CVB Marketing Director, where they led creative direction to improve hotel occupancy and tourism. Kate also held positions at Marriott International as a Creative Marketing, Digital Design, and eCommerce Manager, and at Choose Chicago as a Lead Marketing Liaison. Currently, they are the Director of Marketing at Hosts Global, where they focus on meetings and events.

Kate Duzan attended Eastern Illinois University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Double B.A. in Fine Arts. Their studies included Graphic Design, 2-Dimensional Studio design, 3-Dimensional Studio Design, Marketing, and Advertising. Kate later pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree at the same university, focusing on Graphic Design, Marketing, Studio Fine Arts, Advertising, and Public Relations. In 2015, Kate obtained a certification in Cvent Supplier Network. It is unknown where and when they obtained their HTML Certification.
