Lauren Destefano

Lauren DeStefano has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Most recently, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at HOTALING & CO. starting in July 2021. Prior to that, they held roles at Treasury Wine Estates, Campari Group, E. & J. Gallo Winery, Intel, and Cohen, Milstein, Hausfeld & Toll. Throughout their career, Lauren held positions in finance, operations, strategic planning, and paralegal work, showcasing their versatility and ability to succeed in different areas.

Lauren DeStefano pursued their higher education by completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Double Managerial Economics and Spanish from Allegheny College between 2002 and 2006. Lauren later obtained an MBA degree in Finance/Strategy from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 2008 to 2010.
