Heather Etheredge

Heather Etheredge currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Hotchkiss Insurance, a position held since January 2021. Previously, Heather was with Hotchkiss Insurance Agency, LLC from September 2004 to December 2020, where roles included Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Heather's experience also includes a prior position in Special Events at HR Southwest from 2004 to 2007 and a tenure as Human Resources Manager at The Trane Company from June 1999 to September 2004. Earlier in the career, Heather worked as an HR Generalist at Citizens National Bank in Henderson, TX from June 1997 to May 1999. Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Stephen F. Austin State University, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
