Kathy Tirado Paz has a diverse range of work experience. Kathy started their career at Unik Hoteles in 2015, where they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist and then as a Reservations Sales Agent. Kathy handled mail reception, managed future reservations, took care of cancellations, and handled promotions.

After that, Kathy worked at grupo plan SRL as an Administration Secretary in 2017, and then moved on to Renault Argentina in 2018, where they worked as a Sales Administration Assistant.

In 2018, they also worked at Born Massage Studio as a Spa Receptionist, and in 2019, they became the General Manager at Dream Cube Hostel.

In 2020, Kathy joined Webhelp as a Technical Support Agent, providing assistance to customers with technical issues in the technology area. Kathy also provided floor support and mentored their team members.

In 2021, they transitioned to Tennium, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant. Their responsibilities included providing administrative support, creating and following up on invoices, managing supplies inventory, and handling expenses.

Most recently, Kathy joined Hotdesk in 2023 as an Operations Specialist.

Kathy Tirado Paz has a varied education history. Kathy started their educational journey in 2012 at EF International Language Campuses, where they received a Certificate in English. Kathy then went on to study at Universidad de Margarita from 2013 to 2017, earning a Licenciatura in Modern Languages. In 2015 to 2017, Kathy pursued further language studies at Alliance Française Trinidad and Tobago, obtaining a Certification in French as a foreign language. In 2019 to 2020, they attended Barcelona formación, where they pursued a degree in CM and digital marketing, focusing on Marketing/Gestión de marketing, general. Additionally, in the same period, they acquired a Certificado in Catalan as a foreign language from Consorci per a normalització linguistica.
