Jesus Rojas Albarran is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in pastry and kitchen operations. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at Hotel Arts since November 2021, Jesus has previously held multiple culinary roles within the same establishment, including Chef De Partie and Cook 1. Prior experience includes working as a Baker at Canela - Vegan Pastries and a Line Cook at PZA Parlour. Jesus began a culinary career at Hotel Arts in 2016 and developed skills as an Assistant Pastry Chef at both Le Gourmet and Madame Blac | Culinary Boutique. Educational qualifications include a Professional Cooking Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Chef of International Cuisine Diploma from the High Training Educational Institute in Caracas. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at UCAB.
