Andy Kilbane

Andy Kilbane has a diverse background in data analytics and customer intelligence. Their most recent role was as the Director of Customer Analytics & Insight at Hotel Chocolat, where they started in July 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Data Analytics at DHSC from March 2021 to July 2021. Andy also worked as a Lead Consultant at Realise Unlimited from March 2019 to February 2021, and as the Head of Analytics at BT from September 2016 to January 2019. Andy has also held positions at Model Citizens Ltd, Sky IQ, Customer Intelligence Services, HSBC International, Bradford & Bingley, and UKI Partnerships.

Andy Kilbane attended Lowton High School from 1988 to 1993. Andy then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Systems Modelling from Sheffield Hallam University from 1996 to 2000.
