Olivia Harris

Olivia Harris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and product development across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Senior NPD Project Manager at Hotel Chocolat since September 2019, Olivia leads a team focused on new product development and innovation processes. Previously, Olivia worked at Arcadia Group Ltd from 2008 to 2019, where responsibilities included managing international project initiatives and operations for franchise store openings. Earlier roles at Fossil in both Europe and the USA involved visual merchandising and operations, contributing to the successful launch of numerous retail locations. Olivia holds an HND in Business Studies and Finance from Hammersmith & West London.
