Tom Madge

Tom Madge is an experienced operations manager in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Velvetiser Cafe Operations Manager at Hotel Chocolat since June 2024. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of F&B Area Manager at National Trust from November 2021 to June 2024 and worked as a Brand Trainer and Standards Auditor at Triple Two Coffee between September 2019 and November 2021. Tom's career in the coffee sector began at Costa Coffee, where Tom progressed from Store Manager to Multi Site Store Manager from December 2016 to September 2019, and earlier served as a Store Manager from October 2006 to May 2016, starting as a part-time Barista. Tom also gained experience as an Area Manager at Burger King - CPL Food Group in mid-2016. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Bath Spa University, completed in 2011.
