Anmol Pancholy

Anmol Pancholy currently serves as the Director of Operations and Director of Sales and Marketing at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, having joined in December 2020 for the pre-opening of The Leela Bengaluru Bhartiya City. Prior to this, Anmol was the Director of Marketing and Sales at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & Hyderabad International Convention Centre from November 2014 to October 2020, where responsibilities included leading the sales team, enhancing digital marketing efforts, and managing strategic sales planning. Anmol's earlier experience includes roles such as Dept Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of Sales at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where a focus was placed on maximizing hotel revenues and developing marketing initiatives. Anmol holds an MBA in Marketing and Advertising from the Institute of Marketing and Management and a BBA in Sales, Marketing, and Finance from Apeejay School Of Management.
