Jecil Joy

Jecil Joy has extensive experience in sales and account management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of Sales at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts since June 2014, Jecil Joy previously held the position of Senior Manager Sales at the same organization. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager for Booking.com, where Jecil Joy significantly contributed to the addition of over 700 hotel partners and doubled revenue in assigned regions. Jecil Joy's career began at Grand Hyatt Mumbai as a Guest Service Officer and transitioned through various roles, culminating in sales-focused positions, including Sales Account Manager at The Leela Kempinski Mumbai and Sales Coordinator-MICE at Grand Hyatt Mumbai. Jecil Joy holds a BA in Political Science from St. Xavier's College and a Diploma in Hotel Administration and Food Technology from Sophia Polytechnic.
