Virendra Sharma has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as an Assistant Manager and Team Leader Concierge at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts since May 2019. With a strong background in front desk and guest management, Virendra excels at anticipating guest needs and preferences, handling guest communications, upholding security practices, and managing diverse guest interactions with professionalism. Previously, Virendra worked as a Concierge Executive at ITC Hotels from February 2008 to May 2019 and as a Concierge Assistant at The Grand Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, from September 2005 to January 2008.
