Anne-Birgitte Agger

Anne-Birgitte Agger is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the food and hospitality sectors. Since January 2018, Anne-Birgitte has served as the Director at Hotel- og Restaurantskolen. Previously, from February 2007 to January 2018, Anne-Birgitte held the position of Director at Københavns Madhus, which focuses on improving food in public institutions. Prior experience includes directing Frydenholm A/S, a diversified organic food enterprise, where Anne-Birgitte played a key role in establishing an organic food factory for school meals. From 1995 to 2004, oversight of Aggers Selskab involved transitioning public kitchens to entirely organic food within existing budgets. Early career roles included serving as a merchant and project leader at Den Rene Vare and leading campaigns with Next Stop. Anne-Birgitte also held the position of Chairperson for the Lands-Organisationen af Elever, advocating for educational reforms. Educational achievements include studies at Roskilde University and Statens HF.
