Rob (DaVinci) Lyday

Rob (DaVinci) Lyday has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rob (DaVinci) began their career as a Free Agent at DaVinci Creative Solutions in 1983. In 2003, Rob joined the United States Marine Corps as an LVS Operator and served until 2006.

After their military service, Rob held a position as a 5s/Kaizen Project Leader at Honeywell Aerospace from 2012 to 2016. In 2013, they became involved in the obstacle racing community, joining the Dirtbags Obstacle Racing Team as the Northeast Captain and Ops Director. Rob (DaVinci) also served as an Ambassador for More Heart Than Scars, a non-profit organization.

In 2014, Rob founded MW Athletic Community, where they assumed the role of Co-Founder and Chief Operations Director. The community aims to motivate and support individuals of all fitness levels, participating in various athletic activities worldwide.

Rob's involvement in the sports industry continued with their work at Spartan Race, Inc. In 2015, they became an Emcee for Spartan Race events and later took on the role of Audio Lead in 2019. Their time at Spartan Race lasted until January 2023. Additionally, they served as a Brand Ambassador for Alpha Outpost from 2016 to 2022.

Rob's most recent work experience includes being a Brand Ambassador for Hotel Tango Distillery since March 2022 and an Honoree at Operation Enduring Warrior since 2014. Overall, their work highlights their dedication to promoting fitness, supporting various communities, and fostering a positive impact on others.

Rob (DaVinci) Lyday has an Associates in Defending Freedom from the United States Marine Corps/ School of Hard Knocks. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2003, they attended Kenton Ridge/ Springfield Clark County JVS, where they studied Industrial Arts, Culinary Arts, and Business Management. Additionally, Rob has obtained certifications in BLS CPR (Adult/Child/Infant), First Aid, and Health Care Provider CPR from the American Academy of CPR & First Aid, Inc. Rob (DaVinci) has also received certifications in Food Protection, Serve Safe, and Serve Safe Alcohol from the Ohio Department of Health.
