Kasia Pankowska has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries and roles. Kasia started their career as an intern at Sedlak&Sedlak, where they gained experience in executive search, recruitment, and selection. Kasia then moved on to work as a Recruitment Specialist and Company Owner at RecruLink, where they focused on recruiting Polish staff for foreign companies. Kasia subsequently joined Alexander Mann Solutions, initially as a Principal Resource Specialist for Internal Resourcing and later as a Lead Sourcing Specialist. During their time at Alexander Mann Solutions, they gained exposure to workforce planning, staff development, and legal issues. Kasia also worked at Verizon, first as a Resourcing Specialist, where they recruited for niche positions within Cyber Security, Professional Services, and Sales, and later as a Lead Recruiter for Cyber Security & Professional Services, where they were responsible for end-to-end delivery into challenging business verticals across EMEA. Kasia then joined Palo Alto Networks as a Recruitment Business Partner for Western Europe. Currently, Kasia is the CEO of Hotel Treats, a company that helps hotels sell gift vouchers and experiences online. Prior to Hotel Treats, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Stay Planner, a PaaS Digital Concierge platform for hotels, villa operators, and serviced apartments. Throughout their career, Kasia has demonstrated a strong focus on leveraging technology to improve the guest experience, increase revenues, and drive direct bookings.
Kasia Pankowska completed their M.A. in Social Science from Jagiellonian University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. In 2002-2003, they received a scholarship to study Social Science at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. In 2012-2013, they obtained certification as a Certified People Sourcing Professional (CPSP - 1) from PSCP. In 2013, they also obtained the LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter certification from LinkedIn.

Instead of focusing only on guests, hotels can now connect with local residents and businesses and make sure their spas and restaurants are always at optimum capacity. Achieved 3.2x growth YoY in the year of COVID, while bringing tangible results to clients globally (generated over $1.5M in ancillary revenue for just one customer in Mexico).
