Bahia Pouw has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Souschef at Van der Valk Hotel Hoorn since January 2015. Previous roles include zelfstandig werkend kok at La Cubanita (2013-2014) and Tapas Y Más (2010-2013), as well as a kok position at Alpino restaurant (2008-March 2010) and hulpkok at De Tuynkamer (2007-2008). Bahia Pouw holds a Niveau 4 degree in Horeca ondernemer from ROC Horizon College, completed in 2010.
