Carmen Rosa Useros Sierra

Carmen Rosa Useros Sierra has a diverse range of work experience in the field of quality assurance and project management. Starting in 2008, they worked as an Interface Designer, Programmer, and Test Intern at the Instituto de Investigación de Informática de Albacete. Carmen Rosa then went on to work as a Developer and Tester Intern at Simergia CLM, S.A. in 2010. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Leonardo da Vinci Intern at Verpura GmbH, where they gained experience in software development, software testing, and software engineering tasks.

In 2012, Carmen joined Bull, an Atos company, as a QA Consultant for ZARA.COM, where they focused on automating DDT test cases for the web platforms. Carmen Rosa stayed with the company until 2016, working on various projects and roles. In 2016, they became a Testing Consultant for Carrefour España at Steelmood, where they verified user stories and test scenarios.

Carmen then joined ToBeIT as a QA Engineer in 2016, working as a QA Engineer for eDreams as the client. Their responsibilities included reviewing acceptance criteria for user stories, tracking incidents, and reporting. Carmen Rosa then moved on to eDreams ODIGEO in 2017, where they continued to work as a QA Engineer, focusing on analyzing and evolving QA processes in the development team.

In 2018, Carmen joined Wallbox Chargers as a QA Lead Engineer, where they worked on improving the QA process in the development team and defining strategies to improve quality processes between teams. Carmen Rosa also managed and resolved customer service incidents. Later in 2018, they became a Product Owner at the same company, where they managed the backlog, prioritized tasks, and set product requirements.

Their most recent position is as a Project Manager at Hotelinking, which they started in 2019. Overall, Carmen has a strong background in QA and project management, with experience in backlog management, coordination with developers, setting product requirements, and improving quality processes within teams.
