Kirsten Thompson-Rose

Kirsten Thompson-Rose has extensive work experience in various roles related to quality assurance, testing, and project management. Kirsten is currently serving as the Director of Product Delivery at HotelKey. Prior to that, they worked at Radisson Hotel Group Americas as the Quality Assurance and Testing Manager for three years. Before joining Radisson, Kirsten worked at Naviga as the Manager of Quality Assurance, overseeing quality standards for multiple software products and leading a QA team. Kirsten also has experience as a freelance consultant, specializing in quality assurance and web development. Their early experience includes working as a Project Manager and Business Analyst at Diversified Pharmaceutical Services, where they were responsible for managing and implementing key business applications.

Kirsten Thompson-Rose attended Roger Williams University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in Agile Boot Camp: ICP Fundamentals from Cprime, Inc, which they obtained in December 2021, and ISTQB - Foundation Level from ASTQB - Official Page - American Software Testing Qualifications Board, which they obtained in March 2018.
