Soraya Escobar

Soraya Escobar is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Operations Manager at HOTELPRO since February 2022, after previously holding the position of Operations Supervisor. Soraya's career began at Avianca, where responsibilities included customer service for passengers from December 2012 to February 2015. Subsequent experience at LifeMiles spanned from February 2015 to November 2021, during which Soraya worked as a Claim Analyst managing legal claims and as a Fraud Prevention Agent analyzing suspicious transactions to prevent fraud in the frequent flyer program.
