Mateusz Lilpop

Mateusz Lilpop is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the food and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Sodexo, responsible for launching the Nourish food model service for high-profile corporate clients in New York. Previously held the Vice President of Operations role at Plantable®, overseeing meal production and logistics for a publicly-listed company. Mateusz has also contributed as Executive Director of Operations at Rethink Food NYC, optimizing food production and logistics. As the owner of the successful NYC restaurant Lalito, Mateusz demonstrated strong entrepreneurial skills and operational acumen. Additional expertise includes strategic consulting for restaurant groups and a solid foundation in game content management within technology-driven companies. Mateusz holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Sydney.
