Graig J. Springer

Graig J. Springer has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Graig currently serves as the Vice President of Legal & Regulatory at Brookfield Asset Management since August 2020. Additionally, they are a Trustee on the Board of Trustees at The Browning School starting from October 2020. Graig also holds the position of Independent Director on the Board of Directors at Hoth Therapeutics, Inc since February 2020.

Earlier in their career, Springer worked as a Committee Member on the Qualification Exams Committee at FINRA, starting in January 2018. Graig also worked at Invesco US, joining in December 2013 and leaving in August 2019 when Invesco acquired OppenheimerFunds. At OppenheimerFunds, they held roles as Manager of Product Development & Governance from December 2013 to May 2019, and also as Manager of Distribution Compliance from December 2013 to December 2017.

Prior to that, Springer worked as a Senior Analyst in Correspondent Banking Advisory at Citi from September 2012 to December 2013. Graig has also worked at Navigant as a Senior Consultant in Regulatory Risk Management from July 2007 to June 2008, and at Deutsche Bank as an Associate in Credit Default Swaps Operations from July 2006 to July 2007. Graig began their career as a Legal Assistant in Mergers & Acquisitions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from June 2005 to June 2006.

Graig J. Springer has a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University. Graig also graduated from The Browning School with a High School Diploma.
