Andres Rosales

Andres Rosales has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Andres started their career in 2009 as an IT support at Custom Design Lab O&P and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined Sullivan and Cogliano as an IT support, providing computer and printer installation, peripheral support, and customer service. Later in 2012, they worked as a Network Engineer, Tier II at Beachbody, where they handled Level 1 & 2 support, collaborated with vendors, and conducted database information gathering. In 2013, they worked as a Senior NOC Technician at Time Warner Cable, proactively monitoring networks and performing troubleshooting tasks. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Production Operations Admin at Myspace and Host.net, respectively. In 2018, they joined Hotwire Communications Ltd as an Access Network Engineer, with subsequent roles as a NOC Engineer 2 and currently as a NOC Engineer 1. Additionally, they also worked briefly as a NOC employee at 365 Data Centers in 2018.
