Ben Redd

Ben Redd has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ben began their career as an Electrical Engineer at Naval Ship Systems, where they gained hands-on experience in testing and implementing naval propulsion computer control systems. Ben then moved on to Martin Marietta, where they worked as a Systems Engineer, analyzing communication systems for satellite communication systems.

In 1993, they joined Verizon Wireless as an RF Engineer, responsible for site identification, design, and troubleshooting. Over the years, they took on various roles within the company, including Senior RF Engineer, where they focused on the deployment of new network technologies, and Manager of Network Performance and Results, where they developed and maintained network performance analysis processes. Ben also served as an Implementation Manager and Manager of Telecom Engineering for the company.

In 2010, Ben joined Hotwire Communications Ltd as the Director of Carrier Services, where they oversaw the deployment and management of in-building neutral host systems. Ben was responsible for RF engineering, project management, and budgeting for large complex DAS deployments.

Most recently, Ben has been working at C Squared Systems, LLC as an Account Manager. In this role, they have been involved in account management, program and project management, and technical sales for large wireless carrier contracts and enterprise solutions. Ben has managed third-party client expectations and has been responsible for various tasks including site surveys, RF benchmarking reports, design, installation, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed systems.

Ben Redd has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Electronics, with a focus on RF Communication and Finance, from Villanova University. Ben also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Saint Joseph's University, as well as another MBA with a specialization in Finance, General, also from Saint Joseph's University. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have certifications in JMA/TEKO DAS Commissioning from JMA Wireless and iBwave from iBwave Solutions Inc.
