Ramon Cano

Ramon Cano began their work experience in 1994 as an Ingeniero de Consejo Tecnologico at Consorcio Red Uno, where they worked until 2000. Ramon then joined Network Insight as a Sr. Network Engineer, working there until 2004. In 2004, they started working at Juniper Networks, where they held various roles including M/T Advanced JTAC Manager, EABU Sustaining Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Systems Engineering Manager until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Consulting Engineer at Ciena. In 2015, they joined Hotwire Communications LLC as the Director of Network Evolution. After that, they worked at Amazon Web Services as a Network Development Manager - Network Reliability Engineering from 2016 to 2017. Ramon then returned to Ciena, where they worked as a Regional Sales Consultant from 2018 to 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Sales Engineer at DRIVENETS. Currently, Ramon Cano is working as the Sr. Director of Network Engineering at Hotwire Communications Ltd, starting from March 2023.

Ramon Cano obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
